Johnny Depp tekee esiintymisen poppidiiva Rihannan oman alusvaatemerkin Savage X Fentyn tulevassa muotishow’ssa. Depp on kuvannut jo esiintymisensä, joka nähdään ensi viikolla Amazonin Prime Videossa.
Muita esiintyjiä ovat muusikot Anitta ja Burna Boy sekä malli-näyttelijä Cara Delevingne, Marvel-stara Simu Liu ja TikTok-tähti Bella Poarch.
Kun Rihannan fanit kuulivat Deppin esiintymisestä, alkoi osa vaatimaan näyttelijän canceloimista. Hänet pitäisi leikata show’sta ulos. Poppidiiva onkin nyt melko rajun kritiikin kohteena.
Musiikkituottaja Drew Dixon kertoo pettyneensä Rihannan päätökseen tuoda Depp show’hun. Brittiläinen laulaja ja näyttelijä Olly Alexander aikoo vastedes boikotoida Savage X Fentyä.
